Hi everyone, just curious why it says I have 256 international minutes tied to my account yet I'm unable to call anyone from my phone (says I have no minutes). This was an american number I tried calling (from ontario).

@TroutGangSeven Are you sure that the International minutes you have include the USA? The 300 minutes package doesn't. It looks like you need to buy the USA long distance minutes.

Was the International LD calling part of the More is Merrier promo?

If it was, add 1 in front of the number. The bonus More is Merrier promo LD to the USA is included to call to the USA.

The regular International LD doesn’t include USA.

Is that the 300 minute add-on? Can you call Canadian numbers? What all calling add-ons do you have on your account?
