Publicmobile shut off my phone again, even though I'm on autopay.
Tried to log into the site to pay manually, but -
The website no longer recognized my password.
Here's the rub, though --
Now everytime I change my password, the site continues to refuse to recognize the password.
Y'all literally don't know the accounts you're dealing with.
This site is truly a sisyphian nightmare.
I wish I could get refunded the time I've spent trying to think ways around this horribly designed system.
What a joke.

Not sure when the moderators will get back to you. Usually 1-3 days.
If you need service right away, you could buy a payment voucher either in store (ie. gas stations, Walmart, Canadian Tires, Shoppers, etc) or online (via recharge.com). Call 611 and load up the voucher to get your service going.

I would recommend you use a password manager, and reduce the chances of this occurring again.

Only way to get your account password fixed is by contacting the mod team. You should know the drill by now 🙂

as mentioned, i would have manually paid had the website allowed me to log in, but, again as mentioned, the website is now refusing to recognize my account, even after repeatedly changing my password.

@dogveryangry Since you already had this problem before, why didn't you make a manual payment ahead of time? For more than 3 years now, i still haven't experience a failed renewal issue.
