Hey all! First time (ever) posting on a community forum. I'm having some issues with my phone and based on other posts on this site it seems that it is an Intercarrier Texting Issue.
Here's the details:
I recently ported my number from Freedom Mobile to Videotron. Now I am not able to receive SMS from people who have Freedom as their provider. Interestingly, I CAN receive MMS - so if my friend sends a screenshot of what he texted I can read it. What could possibly be going on here and how do I fix I?
I suppose it's also possible that other providers are affected but it's hard to say - it's difficult to determine what messages you aren't getting 😛
