Incomplete activation

Hello, I accidentally close the webpage on step 2 of activating my new sim card. I tried restarting the activation but it does not recognize the sim card now. Any guidance would be appreciated on how to continue with the activation. Thank You

@Belzey The activation process is buggy but no that bad.  Try using chrome, incognito mode, browser cache cleared.

Wait an hour or so, and the system should recognize sim then, once it's out of the system memory.
