I came over from Fido 2 days ago. Immediately I could send texts to any network and make outgoing calls but all incoming texts and calls are still going to Fido. I contacted Fido Sunday night and Monday morning and both times they said they saw the port being processed and that I need to contact Public Mobile. I sent a Private message yesterday but no response yet.
Has anyone else experienced this and have any advice on what to do?

You have a stuck port. UnfirtUnfortu only mods can fix it. As long as you sent them your porting info name on account and account number, then they should get to it hopefully soon. They have been a little backlogged.
Hang in there. You should be able to use your fido sim until the port completes.

Yes this is a common issue when a port gets stuck. My advice is to put your FIDO sim back in and run that until it stops that is when the port should be completed. If you have already contacted the mods all you can do is wait now.
