Incomplete Port - No Service and Credit Charged

Hi,

I've received no response to my email from Sunday and my PM's have also been ignored.

Is there a way to re-request a port?  When I try to "Change Number" it says an error has occured and to contact Public Mobile (something like that).

Any help other than PM mods?
