Cycle phone off / on occasionally until port process is competed.

I've personally had this happen when transfering from one carrier to another. In my case, it fixed itself after about 30 minutes. It's not supposed to happen, but during the switch over, there are sometimes things that corrected during the process.

@1945 Did you just sign up and port a number from another provider? If so is the voicemail they are getting from your old provider

Put in your old sim and see if it's still working. It's possible your port hasn't completed. It is also possible that it has stuck or failed.
