I transferred my number from Virgin to Public. I can call out, send and receive text messages; but my incoming calls aren't ringing through. I checked to make sure I didn't have call forwarding on or airplane mode. What else could it be?
It might be a porting issue from Virgin. Do you still have the Virgin SIM card? Check if your virgin mobile service is still working. If still working, that means that there was an issue with your port.
