I can’t get incoming call,

You'll need to contact a moderator as mentioned earlier.  The reason for people asking how long it's been or if things fixed themselves over the last few hours has to do with the fact that number transfers from other wireless carriers usually no more than a few hours to complete.

 

The fact that you are not receiving an incoming phone calls indicates that your phone number has not been transfered over.  If possible, you can try insert your old carrier's sim card into your phone and see if that service is still working.  Until your phone nubmer is transfered over, all incoming text messages and phone calls should still be routed there.

@Behrang I see it's been a couple of hours since you posted.  Did your port complete successfully during this time?  Have you rebooted your phone and tested again?  If it's still an issue, please follow @mimmo's instructions for contacting the moderators for assistance.

If the port is stuck you should be able to receive incoming calls on your old sim card still. Once the port is complete it will stop working

If it's been more than a couple hours you have a failed port. You will need to contact mods with your porting info.

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

If you have a Porting issue, please also include:

  • The number you want to port, PM sim number, old account number, old account name exacly as on bill

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time] from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.

I transfered my number from others provider. And activated in public Mobile. Data works , I can call others but still have problem to get incoming call. ☹️☹️😞

@Behrang, You need to provide some more information.  Did you just sign up with Public Mobile?  Did you port in a number from a previous providor?  Was everything working fine, and then just stopped working?
