Hello Everyone,
I am having a issue for a while now, where incoming calls do not get received on my phone specifically, and will go straight to voicemail.
I do not get notified of the call, but do get a message for a voicemail if they do leave me one.
I have tried factory reseting my phone, I have put my sim card into 3 Others Freshly Reset Phones, all to the same result. The issue is sporadic, and only happens sometimes, but is repeatable when it does happen.
This issue is specifically mine, as I have 3 other Lines with Public Mobile in my house, but only this one seems to have this issue. The difference being, the other 3 were brand new Public Mobile Numbers, and this one was a Port from Koodo.
Is there any use trying a buying a new SIM Card, and if so, if it possible to have credited for a new SIM Card to cover the cost?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hi @Reena75
the OnePlus could work on PM's VoLTE
but I double the Honor 8X will. S9 does not work with PM's VoLTE
but yes, you need to use the IMEI tracker to confirm. And keep in mind, the phone has VoLTE does not mean it will work here
but with some of the phone, if you see the VoLTE toggle, you can try to turn it on and see if it works

It is a Oneplus 7T. The other phones that was tested was a Honor 8X and a S9.
To my recall, all three do support having VoLTE, despite being older phones.
The S9 and Honor 8X were both on Public Mobile previously before being upgraded from, as late as December 2024.
I do know the OnePlus 7t does have Wifi Calling, and I am fairly sure VoLTE, which I can verify in a hour or two.

@Reena75 what type of phone do you have and where are you located?
It could be an issue that your phone is not VoLTE capable and no longer supported by Public Mobile. If that is indeed what's affecting you, the only fix would be to change to a newer phone that is supported by VoLTE.
