I am a new customer. The confirmation email that I received references 500 MB data, but my plan allows 1GB. In addition, I got the 2GB per per month (for 12 months) promotion. Mine should have referenced 1MB data per month, even without the promotional data.
Has Public just been slow to update their confirmation templates?

@vjmw - email confirmation templates, at least you got an email; last activation I helped with never got one. 🙂
You can also call 611 from your device to hear the balances of your services on your account.

Did you log into your PM account and check if it says 1GB there?
