Hi PM community,
Quick question here, if I didn't renew my plan in time and the number became inactive, will I also lose all addon in my account? Or the addon will resume once I renew within 90 days?

@ktf I'd recommend initiating the process around the 86 or 87 day mark (or sooner), if possible. Just to allow yourself a margin of error to get help if there's any issue reactiving the account. I'm not saying there will be, but better to be prepared if possible.

If you leave your account unpaidf or 90 days after it expires you will lose everything. Phone number current plan (No big deal unless it is a promo no longer offered) and anything associated with your account as it gets closed.
