Hi, dear sir or madam, how are you! This is Bella, I wanted to port my Fido number but I enter the wrong IMEI. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP?

Like @LitlLdy said, Do not use the IMEI Number when Porting in. Sucess rate is low.
Try with the Fido Account Number instead and that will work.

@Bellayang , in order to port your phone number to Public Mobile you need to use your Fido Account # to port that phone number in not the IMEI ! 😞
