I got a new samsung galaxy J7 premium it was working perfectly all the week, today I got my new sim card and as soon as I put it in the cell phone became soooo slow and showing the error : unfortunately ims service has stopped. How do I fix this?

Shutdown/restart the device.
If this doesn't fix the problem then here's some advanced approaches.
(Although they're overkill ... chances are some third-party app or browser plug has broken IMS compatibility, figuring out which one it is and uninstalling/updating it will fix the issue.)
