first, please update your post and remove your email.  This is a community forum and we are only customers, you have posted the email on the internet.  Click the down arrow inside the circle on the top right corner of your message, select Edit Message

For changing your email,  you can submit  ticket by direct message:

yes, PM can help to change the email address to the correct one.    Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
