I was beaten up and robbed 5 days ago and just got a phone and new sim card. I need to know how I can get my number put onto this sim as I really need my phone. Can anyone please help me with this

@Koke1 you will need to know your password for your account. If you do not have that info then you will need to contact a CS_agent by opening a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

I don't remember any of my information except my name and my number.

Can I do this without knowing anything on it except my name and phone number. 

@Koke1 , please access your online and go to the profile tab to edit the SIM card field and enter the new number.

@Koke1 sorry to hear that and I hope you are okay. As for your new phone, install the PM app and login, you should be able to update you account with the new SIM card under the "Account" tab
