Have your friend contact customer support with your referral code to have it added to his account.  You should get a Cha-Ching text at about 2pm eastern after it is added. As soon as it's added you will see the $1 reward and the last 4 digits of your friends phone number appear on your rewards page in your self serve account. The $10 bonus referral credit will appear in your friends account balance and transaction history within 72 hours but usually the next day.

@dave118  how long your friend has activated the service?  You should see from your Friends Referral almost immediately.  

If  it has been over 3 days, your friend should be the one contacting PM to sort it out.

Is your friend use your referral code during activation?

If yes, s/he should received $10 credit on her/his account within 72 hours after activation.  You will not get the one time $10 credit as a referrer.  But your refer-a-friend reward count will go up by one.  You will get a recurring $1/friend/30days as long as your friend stay with PM on your renewal dates.
