I really need help to get this working

I added $58 to my account it was $10 for the 30 days Plus 22 for Tok 17 for text 35 for data and then gave me a $20 deal so with tax it came to 58 it took the money off my card and added it to my account but then only used 10 for my 30 days and I can't do anything on my phone in order to do the plan it wants to recharge me for the 30 days again

This is a common glitch where the system gives you the wrong plan.
To fix this, click this Moderator_Team link to private message for assistance.
