Ever since the eversafe update, I cannot sign into my account (including community account, had to create a new one). Not because my account may not exist anymore (I've ported out successfully), but like, I just can't sign into any account. The page is bugged. Maybe my browser.
Not sure if I even need to sign in.
Looking for advice before I troubleshoot further,

On prepaid providers, you don't use it, you lose it, always port out at the end of a billing period.

There are no refunds at PM. Once you port out your account at PM is closed automatically. Did you receive the confirmation text from PM confirming you wanted to port your number out to another carrier?
