Hey @bree1212,
As me and my colleague previously told you, the reason why you can't use your data is because you've used up all your allowed data for this billing cycle. Your plan did not renew on July 12th. Your last renewal date was on May 14th, which means your plan will expire on August 12th and there is still one month left to your billing cycle.
Please consult your self-serve account and your credit card statement and you will be able to see all of this for yourself.
