Once ordered the address cannot be changed unless not sent yet! Was it done today? Maybe a chance, it comes through Canada Post regular mail, no way to track.
You can use the Chatbot to ask if they can send you another and possibly credit you for one if you order another or go purchase from a corporate Telus/ Koodo store if they have in stock.
