I need help i forgot my password i type in my email and they say send me a email i never get?

i forgot my password they say they send me an email i did it 5 time and never recived an email  can anyone help me out here....  am i doing something wrong??

even if account is suspended?

found my password and can log in but won't accept credit card info...

Call 611 to add fund to your account using topup voucher. 

- PM system will take the available fund first before using your credit card.

- You still get the $2 autopay discount as long as the autopay is enabled.
