I lost my service before I received the activation code

I was trying to transfer my phone number from Koodo to Public Mobile, but when I replied YES when Koodo asked me if I sent a request for transfer, I lost my service immediately, I can’t receive any code from Public Mobile and receive any call from the ticket I have submitted, I don’t know how the fk finish this process but I haven’t had service for 6 hours and I don’t know what to do! Someone please help!

I can’t receive anything don’t you understand? I submitted the ticket a long time before but there is no way they can reach me! I lost the service, no call, no text, no internet! And I can’t contact them either! It is a really crap service!
