I got E-sim issue

hello, I tried to activate my number with PM yesterday, but It's still not working. So I deleted my e-sim for installing again. But It dosen't install now. As a result, I can't use data and there is no service on my phone. So I would like to reslove this problem right away. Could you resolve this issue please?

yes, you shouldn't delete the eSIM.  Once deleted, you need a new one
