I forgot my password and i need to change my package and register my credit card for automated payments please help me.

@Trevonne Once you get back into your account to add your autopay credit card . Go here
When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).

It's better to change on next renewal date, since changing immediately loses you current plans payment and immediately charges you for the new plan. Its a 2 step process add the funds through one time payment above. Then choose and change your plan. Restart your phone. See below on where to do it.
