I have activated the sim card
I tried to change my temporary number to my number from other provider but
when I log in this was the comment
Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again.
How do I fix it?

Waste of my money it's about 8 days my son cannot get into public mobile with his email.

have to get legal advice to get money back and will contact CRTC.

@Jencho, some customers have experienced issues with getting into the self serve portal. Based on user experience, this problem is often solvable using a different browser. Try chrome with incognito mode, this has a high success rate.
