I cannot login because I cannot receive an SMS one time passcode because I cannot login.  It’s a circular nightmare.

but it dosent work, it still drags me bact to a txt code that i cant receive on my ipad that needs cellular data but cant receive txt

Did you try the "didn't get the code" button?  From there, there should be an option to have the 2FA code sent to e-mail.
