I cannot activate my eSim

Currently I am in Brazil trying to activate my eSIM, but it is not working.

You can't, as PM has no service there

@isaiahmoore unfortunately public mobile service is only available in North America. You will need a local carrier in Brazil to subscribe to for your phone to work. Sorry to be the bearer of this news.

I live in Brazil. No plan to go back to Canada. Are you saying I cannot activate it here?

@isaiahmoore  You should wait until you are back in Canada to activate. The phone / plan will not work in Brazil. Only in Canada /Us or Mexico depending on your plan. Hope this helps
