I can’t transfer my number to activate my eSIM and the chatbot has me going in circles.

Nope, nothing there, thank you.

I reached out to cs_agent a few hours ago and am hoping for a response.

Check the Spam folder.

If there isn’t in the folder. Contact a CS_Agent.

You can use the QR code and scan it on you phone.

Thank you, when I do that it asks for a QR code. I have an iPhone 14

Go to Setting then to Cellular or Connection. There should be Add eSIM settings on your phone. If there are no Add eSIM then your phone is not eSIM compatible. You will need to purchase a SIM if this is the case.

What is the make and model of your phone?

I wanted to do the eSIM. There is no eSIM listed in my settings.

good, you are done activation.

if you are activating physical sim, put the sim into the phone and test it

if you are activating esim, check the settings-> Cellular screen and see if PM esim is there and if it is active

last, ask PM support agent to help.

I can’t get through the subscription activation even though I’ve already paid the first month
