I think the problem started when I ported my new number from wind. Contacted mods but still no respose. I tried restting password but says my account is locked. Please help

Usually if the self-serve account gets locked, it means there was a problem with the porting of your number. Not sure why that happens, that your account gets locked, but you'll need a moderator to unlock your account. Moderators are gone for the day, but will be back at 9:30 am tomorrow (eastern time).

I JUST PORTED MY NUMBER TOO NOT QUITE MINUTES AGO AND EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT SO FAR. YOU ARE WELCOME ONBOARD AND I LOOK FORWARD TO LEARNING NEW THINGS FROM MY PREDECESSORS.

I just ported my number from wind and all good. I think your locked account issue can only be solved by mod. or maybe you can create a new account.
