So, I was supposed to renew my cycle on April 14 to avoid losing my phone number. It slipped my mind until now so I immediately logged into Public Mobile on my browser. I saw that it said my cycle expired 84 days ago and there was a button to Renew Now. I clicked it and made the payment. The charge came off from my bank as well.
I had a sigh of relief, but then I happened to click Profile and saw this:
Oh god. I don't know what is gonna happen. Does it mean my phone number is gone? Can anyone help me regain it if it is not too late?

Thank you @slusagm and @will13am !
I am not in Canada at the moment. I tried to login in an Incognito window and I am able to see my information. So, you were both right, I still have my phone number.
It got kinda close lol. Thanks so much for your prompt responses. I really appreciate your support and it amazes me how fast it is every time.
Take care,
Milan

@milanp440 , the fact that you were able to get into your account and make a payment to renew suggests that you did not lose the account and associated phone number. The information you are seeing might be a data caching issue. If you are able to use your phone, that would be the ultimate indicator that everything is fine.

no worries. If you can login, your number won't be gone
you are in Canada now? you have service now?
it is best to use browser with Incognito mode to login My Account to confirm
if in doubt, ask PM to check, but honest, you should be good
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
