With PM you need some technical knowledge and monitor your account on a regular basis.
My sister-in-law is technically mind but she doesn’t want to monitor her account. She just want the carrier to do everything for her including reminding when payment is due and any issues she can talk to a live agent. So she is currently with Koodo.
If this is you then look at a 2nd tier carrier like Koodo, Fido or Virgin.

I have been here many years and have not encountered any difficulties so far.
However, if someone is not technically inclined, I would not recommend Public Mobile to that person.
You mange your account yourself online. There are no phone numbers to speak directly to Public Mobile employees. You get account assistance through messaging back and forth.
They are not live, but you send a message, wait and they will reply back to you minutes to hours later.
No family plans. Every account is independent of the other.
Different email addresses.
