Can I switch to 30 days plan on my own or have to message mod_team? Anyone knows? thanks.

@fsm7268, you certainly can switch on your own.

In self-server (myAccount), right on the first page, there is a button called "Change Plan", it's in the Account Status area.

Click that button, and you'll be presented with a plan selection tool.  Pick your 30 day plan, making sure you select ALL THE SERVICES on a 30 day plan you desire, and press the 'Future Date' button at the bottom.

That's all there is to it.  On your renewal date, you'll need to have the funds avialable... if on AutoPay, it should be no issue at all.
