The second link doesnt work. I have been trying to repeatedly contact an agent but they dont get back to me in time. I am going to have to cancel public completely as I need my ohone for work and this is ridiculous and ha taken up many hours

Also, I decided to take the esim as i thought it would be easier.

I ported my number from Bell to Public on Friday.  It has not worked since. I have tried all the recommendations. Still attempting the manual port by bell but the transfer request keeps getting canceled for some reason by public. Everytime I think im getting somewhere I dont get an answer back from public and its too late. This is awful
