Hello I would like to update my plan, I added money to my account and I am wondering if I can add this in the middle of a billing cycle. I had three gigs of data as a promotion for my son it was at Christmas time and now it has disappeared. I would like to upgrade to the $40 plan for 4 1/2 keg is that possible or do I have to wait until the end of the billing cycle

Here's the process to upgrade, or change, your plan:
First, login to Self Serve to this screen:
Then, click Change Plan:
Then select desired Plan:
Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

Just to give you some visuals, after you login to "My Account", you'll see your current plan listed on the left side with a button to "Change Plan":
That button will take you to the list of Plans that are available for you:
After you select what plan you want, at the bottom there will be your option to "Change Plan Now" (and forfeit whatever minutes/data/etc you have left for that period) or to have your plan "Change on next renewal date." Choose wisely! 🙂

@brockb , when you select the change plan function and select the new plan, you will be given the choice to make the plan change immediately or when the next renewal occurs. If your choose immediate, then you will lose the remaining portion of the current plan cycle.
