Hello My Name is Tut. My old sim does not work and when I tried to register the new sim its asking me for a code from the old sim which does not longer working.
how can I get it register?

when it tries to send you the code, if you see Didn't Receive code or Resend code, click and see if they give you an option to receive the code via email
if no email option, then you will need to ask PM to help

I did all that, I know where to find register Sim and also to change your Number but the only problemm is when I tried to register Sim its asked me to confirm the code from the phone number which is on the old Sim that's no longer working

You can login to your account on the PM website on your computer the click Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then have the 2FA code sent to your email.
Once you are in your account then go to Account tab-Change Your SIM Card.
I login to my account either on the PM app or on the website and have the 2FA code sent to my email if my iPhone is not handy.

If that’s the case and it’s asking you for a verification code, you’ll need to contact Customer Service and let them know what happened so they can help you.
