How to get the SIM card I ordered?

arctic_gnome

The one I ordered in early January never arrived, and the replacement one I ordered two weeks ago still hasn't arrived. Is this a problem with Public Mobile, or is someone at my local post office stealing SIM cards? Can I request a tracked package?

@arctic_gnome

I order from Canadian Cell Supplies online for $5 and fast shipping and Amazon.ca for $8.49…fast shipping with Amazon Prime.

$10 at Telus/Koodo stores.

@arctic_gnome  Yes PM's order fulfilment on SIMs is painful. Other options

  • Amazon if you have prime
  • Telus and Mobile Klinik shops; but call ahead as not all locations stock them
  • tell us your locale, not specific address though, in case a member nearby has a spare SIM

@arctic_gnome

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business day, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@arctic_gnome  - there is no likely any tracking as most SIMs are normally sent via Canada Post letter mail.

But, if it has been this long, then I would let customer support know and see if they can resend or credit your account so you can buy one locally.

Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

Do you have a Telus or Koodo store near you to check availability ?
