I have just activated my Public SIM card. I have purchased my plan. I want to keep my old cell number. During the self serve process (they ask you to change cell number after setup)they said to take one of there cell numbers they had avaible which I did. After going through self serve they said to get ahold of a Community moderator and they would help walk you through to change to your old cell number. I am now asking for help to do this step by step to get there.
Thank you
David

Thanks for information. I tried to contact moderator to get ticket but won't work for my province it keeps changing province. I will try again sometime later. Sounds like it will be easier to keep new number. Would have made things simplier instead of changing all the other contact info.
Thank you
David

They removed it temporarily for almost a year now (due to sim jackings)

You will have to contact moderators for today
Is you have issues with the ticket system send them private message to Moderator_Team
