How to change address?

I tried changing my address in my profile, but get an 'invalid address' prompt ... although the address is correct. I can't find any other way to change my address. How do I do this??

@intertwilight PM only uses the address for record keeping purposes and not any other use.  You can choose to leave it if you want 

Or you can try again using the browser instead of app.  Type the address slowly and let the system auto-lookup to pick up as you type 

if still unable to enter the correct address, ask a support to update for you:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Yes, this is what I did, and it's a simple address change within the same city - but I keep getting the same 'invalid address' prompt.

Are you using the PM app? Login on the app then go to Account tab>Manage Profile the edit your address.

If you are changing your address to avoid higher Provincial taxes. You need to pick a new number with the area code for that Province.
