How long does it take mods to reply?

I sent them a message on Saturday morning about the 50% off plan and they haven't answered.

The normal times are about 3o minutes to 2 hours. With the issues of the flash promos,  it's obviously longer.

There was a message posted from PM about 2 hours ago acknowledging the issue and indicated they are working diligently to get to everyone soon.

They are probably very busy help people with the new promo issues. When they are not busy. They reply back to me within 1/2 hour but when they are very busy. They replied back in 2 days.
