I'm having an issue getting started and was told to message a moderator. I am just wondering how long will a response take? Thanks.

It can take 48 - 72 hours for a response. If there are any service or network issues then it be may take longer.

It can take up to 48 hours depending on volume.
Feel free to share your issue here in the meantime as there are a lot of people here who may help before you get a response back from a moderator.
