When you sign up with PM you have to have a debit visa or MasterCard or a credit card to withdraw each month.

You might want to verify your auto-pay set up by following what @esjliv has posted.

It will also show at the bottom left on your main over page as well. Will be same other than date.

Like this, @Ddaryl008

Set up AutoPay (publicmobile.ca)

Here's some additional pointers to avoid common errors:

  1. Copy your address from your billing statement.
  2. Add your apt/unit/suite # to the street address. ie. 101-123 1ST AVE W, CITY, PROV.
  3. Do not put a space in the postal code. X0X0X0 not X0X 0X0.
  4. USE ALL CAPS if necessary.
  5. Do not use autofill. Type everything manually.

@Ddaryl008 , did you set up a Self Serve account?

You can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Then log into self serve and go to Payment Tab to see your options.

@Ddaryl008 : How did you pay when you signed up? If by payment card, then it automatically gets registered to your account. Go into Payment and click the big Autopay button.

Otherwise, in that area lower to the left in small type, manage my credit cards and add a card there.
