I purchased a $20, 1 gig data roaming add-on and got a text that I used up 95% of it. So I used my remaining data to get back on and the next 1 gig was $30 - ok fine. So, I paid the $30 and bought another gig. But, after the first gig was used up, it never carried over to the next gig. No matter what I did, it just kept forwarding me to the page that said I had no more data left. So I used 0/1024MB of my second gig. How do I get a refund on that?

Yes, the $30 data add-on is not a roaming add-on and so it cannot be used in the US. Since you were within your 10 days, you mistakenly bought $30 add-on as PM doesn't let you buy the same add-on again before 10 days expiry. However, you still have access to that $30 add-on which can be used in Canada if you ever run out of your main data bucket on your plan.
If you wish to still get credits back for that, contact the Moderator_Team.

1 GB of US data roaming is $20 for a total of 10 days.
1 GB of regular data is $30, and can not be used in the US.
i believe you are still with your 10 roaming plan, and can not add more until day 11.
i am not fully aware of how US roaming works, so if I am mistaken, hopefully someone will correct me on this.
