How can I reach support?

I did try to contact chat.... wait for a few hours, down to 2 in the queue, after that again 29 people in the queue. Very annoying. Tried to submit a ticket, "Submit ticket" option greyed out, can't send the ticket. I did order a sim card online on Jan26. No updates or sim card since then. I just want my money back. 

Any suggestion.

it can take several days to 3 weeks for sim to arrive via Canada Post. If you want 2 day delivery, get the sim from Amazon.
