By locked out, where are you locked out from @dacia12 ? Thanks. If its the phone, and its the first time that you ever put the PM SIM card into it, then you need to contact your previous provider and ask them to unlock it for you. You will need the imei number dial *#06# to get it. If you have had it for a period of time and locked yourself out, do as @Triguy suggested above and contact the moderators.
If its your self service account, and the forgot password link to get back into your self service account failed, ask the moderators for a temporary password. Welcome to the community. Stay safe.

Try the forgot password link. Try logging in using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
