And It Will Not Let Me Pay My Plan

Do you have a Reactivate button in an upper box area? If so, click it.
Two other things to try:
1. The lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.

If that balance is enough to pay your plan cost then you don't need to do anything.

@lonnie , take a look at the main page. The date shown in the top up date when funds have to be available for renewal. Renewal happens the next day. This should be automatic. Only worry if your service is disrupted. Good luck.

PM will use your available fund in your account at your next renewal date. You can also use the fund to purchase add-on.
When is your renewal date?
What you were trying to do?
Is your account status expired or suspended?
