@Jim1992 No, your money is not lost. Dial 611 from your phone and it should report the amount you added in your account balance. If it does then you need to access you account via selfserve and hit the reactivate button.

You could buy a voucher and call 611 to make a payment.

When you go into payment -- Transaction History does it show your payment there, or anything that might indicate something happened. Did you pay by credit card? Does the transaction show on your statement?
If not, I'd message the moderators.
