I work for a school and we have a phone linked to public mobile but the person who set everything up never gave us any info on the email or password so I can't get in to the account to cancel. All I have is the number. So what or who do I contact to cancel this phone?

Your best option is to contact public and explain the situation. If they can’t help, you can block the payments from being made to public and that should cancel the account once your monthly term runs out. If you want to keep your number, you can always port out the number using the device IMEI to a different carrier, and that will automatically cancel your plan.

No they moved to Africa and changed all their information.

@peptar Is there anyway to reach out to the person and ask them to cancel it? It's going to be difficult to do so as validation will be required.
But, you can try. To message Public Mobile directly click on the link below and explain the situation and they will take it from there and advise you accordingly.
