@CS_Agent help my son has been locked out of self service account. Followed all steps and nothing is working. This has been almost 24 hours.

@Dvp: Also to add to what TheSterlinger said, you need to DM the CS_Agent using that link below. The CS_Agent or any other staff of Public Mobile do not monitor this forum for questions. So tagging them would not guarantee a response.
