Hi @Aaden0809, what exactly do you mean by reset the account? Do you need to reset your password? If so, there is a Forgot Your Password link on the login page. Try that out. if you do not get a password reset email within an hour or two, you would need to contact the moderator team via private message. Should that be needed...

If so, https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ => Forgot your password. If you don't get the email within an hour or so, Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time) with these info on hand.
